  I got terrible experience dealing with this people. I was arranging our itinerary for our Bohol trip this month. I was amazed with the package they are offering 4500php per person which includes room accommodation and land trip with a service van. I texted the number indicated in this ad. I tried to verify if it’s really only 4500 php because it was so cheap luckily i got a reply unfortunately, the person doesn’t know the inclusions of the package they are offering. After that I decided to find other travel agency where i can find somebody smart enough to answer my question since it will be our first time in Bohol and it’s our 6th year anniversary and i want it to be special. Thank god i found one for 11,500php for 2 pax @ Bohol Divers Resort 4Days and 3nights and it also includes sea tours with dolphin watching and island hopping especially land tours with service van also. The next day i received a msg from this agency confirming the 4500php rate per person. Just to be sure I asked once again what are the inclusions and the answer was it’s only 4500php if the barn room is available…again MY QUESTION WAS NOT ANSWERED…i replied to that person whoever it is… i replied thanked her for the her msg and mentioned that i’m not anymore interested since i already got a better deal also i realized that i’ll have a hard time dealing with this kind of people.. the person replied and told me the exact words “Wala akong pakialam kung ikaw lang magbobook wag na lang wala kang pera gusto mo libre lahat.” that was the reply i received from them i started defending myself since i don’t know where she got that in the first place i’m not haggling nor asking for a free accommodation??? In the end I stopped wasting my time and effort replying to her messages since things she’s saying are all trashes…It’s easy to spend money if your getting a good service and your dealing with a person who is “TAONG KAUSAP” … To that person whoever she is… your running a business not an animal house…MONEY?? you can’t use money to buy RESPECT, TRUST, PROFESSIONALISM and ETIQUETTE… To the owner of this agency please just an advice hire employees who can do their job properly and educated enough to deal with customers not someone who is awful,stupid and unprofessional individual who will just waste all the efforts exerted in putting up this business… Thank you for a very unforgettable experience…I’ve been dealing with a lot of people online but it’s only with you where i experienced awful and terrible service.

  Wow, thank goodness for the comment Aims, I am also planning to go to Bohol this month and I was amazed of this ad. I’m about to contact the agency when I scrolled down and read your comment. I am supposed to be on a vacation with my boyfriend for our 11th year anniversary. Good thing I have read this or we’ll end up in mess.

  tnx for the comment aims,good thing i started reading the comments, i also called the number posted in the add, and true enough, noboby knows anything, i was even asked what i wanted to have in bohol, hello- you offered the package, just serve it. Now it’s December 6th already and I haven’t received any call from them . How very reliable can you get. Good thing I have also read this comment thing otherwise my boyfriend would have killed me should we ended up in mess.
